According to the 3rd meeting of the 11th Board of Directors of the CSAC, the following resolutions were approved:
1.Mr. Wei-Yeh Peng, was elected as Chairman of the 11th Board effective from July 30, 2026.
2.Mr. Terence Cheng was pointed as President effective from July 30, 2026.
