Ningbo Huayang Aluminium-Tech Co., Ltd. was established in October, 2002 in the High-Tech Development Zone, Fenghua, Zhejiang, China. CSAC had 64.59% shareholding of the company. After the local government passed the environment impact assessment in June, 2006, the official production began.
