CSAC has upheld the principle of running a business with integrity since its establishment. Sound internal laws and regulations have been set up for employees to follow when they conduct operational activities. Any employee or manager who violates the code of ethical conduct will be punished accordingly regardless of his/her seniority. CSAC will take legal action against those who break the law to protect the joint benefits of the shareholders, the board of directors, those who run the business, and other stakeholders.

In terms of sustainable development issues, being the largest manufacturer of rolled aluminium products in Taiwan, CSAC responded to the Aluminium Stewardship Initiative (ASI) established in 2012 jointed by 14 important participants in the international Aluminium industry chain. Passed the ASI audit in March 2020 with awarded verification certificate, CSAC formulated the "Environmental Policy", "Social Policy", "Governance Policy" and "Sustainability Code of Conduct" in order to improve the corporate governance mechanism and strengthen the risk management function. With a view to implementing the Company's sustainable business philosophy, these principles have to be followed by all colleagues and suppliers. At the same time, in order to improve the company's ESG organization, the original "Corporate Social Responsibility Committee" was adjusted to the "Sustainability Committee" in 2022, and four executive groups were set up under it, including Environment (E), Social (S), Governance (G) and Risk Management, which can not only enhance the company's value and competitiveness more effectively, but also deepen corporate governance and corporate culture, ensuring CSAC's sustainable development.
