2019.11.21 The Company Awarded TTQS Silver Medal by the Workforce Development Agency, Ministry of Labor (MOL), for Outstanding Talent Cultivation

   The Company values the nurturing of talents and continues to commit itself to talent cultivation. On September 24, 2019, the Company was evaluated in the Talent Quality-management System (TTQS) by the Workforce Development Agency, Ministry of Labor (MOL) and was awarded the Silver Medal, acknowledging the Company's success in talent cultivation, training planning, and quality performance.

   TTQS is a national talent cultivation evaluation system geared toward the international training quality standard ISO 10015. Five major aspects with 19 indicators by the Workforce Development Agency, MOL are used as management tools to measure corporate training outcome. The five aspects are listed in order as follows: Plan, Design, Do, Review, and Outcome, each aspect complementing the others. If the previous aspect fails to meet the standards, the effects of the following aspect will be affected. The Agency hopes that by implementing the TTQS, corporations can integrate training with their short-, mid-, and long-term operational goals, international circumstances, and business concepts to strengthen employees' professional knowledge and skills to construct high performing human capital.

   Since the introduction of TTQS in 2012, the Company adopts systematic and stringent training patterns to help the employees to continue improving their professional abilities and knowledge. In addition to actively participating in training programs organized by different factories and departments, the employees also apply their learning outcomes in their field of work. The 2019 training objectives focus on "superior quality, reduced cost, decreased delivery, and smooth  services" to promote various training programs and KPI points. In terms of the rigor of the book review materials, the establishment of the training system, the fluidity of the evaluation presentation, the evaluation of training results, and application diffusion, the Company received high praise and acknowledgment from the evaluation committee.
