In order for youths in Taiwan to have friendlier working environments, happier jobs, more confidence, and be more hopeful for the future,1111 Job Bank organized the "2019 Happy Enterprise Awards" voting event in the hopes that more corporations can be encouraged to provide better working environments and benefits. This way, they can attract more talent and allow youths to realize their potential in a friendly working environment while conforming to world trends to meet the government's policy of implementing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

    In 1111 Job Bank's "2019 Happy Enterprise Awards" voting event, there were 9 main categories, encompassing 6 manufacturing industry categories and 3 real estate categories. The top 20 companies were chosen in each category by office workers, and a total of 181 companies were awarded. The Company, along with China Steel Corporation (CSC) and Dragon Steel Corporation ranked in the top 20 in the "Metal/Non-Metal" category of the manufacturing industry. The organizer held the awards ceremony in the Banquet Hall of Taipei's Shangri-La Far Eastern Plaza Hotel in Taipei on November 11, 2019. The Company's H.R. & Administration Department General Manager Mr. Chiang, Chun-Liang accepted the award on its behalf. This award is an acknowledgment for the Company's long-term commitment to implementing CSR and the efforts in promoting a happy enterprise.
